We bring order, simplicity, clarity and most importantly serenity back into our client’s lives, helping them live the life they’ve always dreamed of, unburdened by the distraction of clutter.
Spark Serenity is led by Jenny, who has spent her whole life making sure that everything has a perfect place, and everything is in complete harmony. She is so passionate about the benefits this brings that she wants to share it with everyone she meets (whether they want to hear it or not!)
Jenny is officially certified in the KonMari Method™ of organising, a Japanese philosophy focussing on bringing perfect order into your home and the truly life changing impacts that proper decluttering and organising brings.
She has also undertaken the only recognised Hoarding Practitioner course in the UK, to allow her to provide an understanding and sympathetic specialised service for those clients displaying hoarding behaviours.
The most important thing you need to know is that we absolutely LOVE all things organised!
Although I have always been organised, I realised my methods were actually still really high maintenance and tidying was still consuming a lot of my time, moving things, cleaning things, reorganising things – it never seemed to end!
I have also moved around a lot and I believe this is where my unusual (some say weird) love of packing and unpacking comes from! There is nothing I love more than unpacking and putting things in their new homes. This love is what led to the creation of Spark Serenity.
Then I discovered Marie Kondo and my whole approach changed. It seemed so simple! So, I embarked on my very own KonMari tidying festival and I instantly felt lighter and freer. I let go of so much stuff I didn’t even realise I was unnecessarily holding on to (toiletries from the mid-1990s anyone?!). I felt as though I had finally allowed myself to let go of the past and the clutter that was holding me back.
I no longer felt the need to surround myself in excess. I now only bring items into my home that I love and shop only when I really need something (shopping most definitely does not spark joy for me!). I now understand myself, what I like, and I have identified my style which is something I have been trying to do for years! I have more free time, saved so much money (for more holidays, yay!) and have taken up a new hobby (archery!) which I love, as well as starting a business.
It literally changed my life.
Meet the team
Donna joined Spark Serenity in 2019 and, as a fellow certified KonMari consultant, brings with her a wealth of decluttering and organising expertise.
In a previous life Donna was a pharmacist and as you can imagine, attention to detail, communication and organising skills were the fundamentals of the job. You can rest assured you are in safe hands with her!

We understand that trying to tackle any sort of clutter on your own is overwhelming and most often you don’t know where to start, so these things end up piling up and become all consuming (and we start procrastinating!). That’s where Spark Serenity come in.
We are here to make you feel positive about yourself and your surroundings and live a calm, organised, clutter free life with all the added benefits this brings. We approach everything with a non-judgemental, empathetic and understanding attitude to make you completely at ease, so we can make the most out of our tidying journey together, to help you to achieve your perfect life.
We will never make you discard anything you don’t want to; we are here to support you in making your own decisions. We will organise those cherished belongings in the best way possible so you can get maximum enjoyment from them (rather than consigning them to the bottom of a box or the back of the attic!).
No matter how reluctant or embarrassed you are, please don’t let that get in the way of you taking the first positive step, trust me, we do not shock easily!
